A closer look

Bring two or more PDFs together without turning their pages into screenshots. The tool copies pages into a new PDF in the file order shown in the workspace. Use the up and down buttons to put a cover, report and appendix in the intended sequence before you run it. Pages within each source keep their order. Review the combined document before sharing, especially when the originals contain signatures, forms, bookmarks or attachments that may not survive the merge.

A practical example

Select a one-page cover and a five-page report. Move the cover above the report, run the tool and open the downloaded six-page PDF to confirm that the first and last pages are correct.

Common questions

How many PDF files and pages can I combine?

Select between 2 and 20 PDFs, with a combined input size of up to 50 MB and no more than 200 pages in total. File order controls the order of complete documents. To change individual page order, use the separate PDF page-reordering tool.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs or preserve digital signatures?

Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are not supported, even if you know the password. Creating a new combined PDF can invalidate signatures and may omit interactive forms, bookmarks or document-level attachments. Keep the signed originals and do not treat the merged copy as an unchanged legal original.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose your file from your device. It stays in your browser.
  2. Choose the available options, then select Run tool.
  3. Review the result and download or copy it. Keep your original.

Before you start

Up to 20 files, 50 MB combined and 200 pages. Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Editing may invalidate signatures and may not retain interactive forms, bookmarks or document-level attachments. Keep your originals.
