The service
asdftools provides free, task-focused browser utilities and accompanying instructions. Current tools do not require an account. Use each tool within its stated file types, size limits and supported options.
A tool page describes the feature that is available, not a promise to support every possible variation of a format. Roadmap ideas are not an offer of features that have already launched.
Keep your originals and review the result
Always keep an original copy before converting, compressing or editing a file. Processing can change quality, layout, metadata, transparency, annotations or other document features. Different browsers and source files can produce different results.
Check the output before sharing, printing, submitting or using it in important work. For critical records, signed documents or specialist production files, use an appropriate specialist workflow. asdftools cannot recover a file that you have overwritten or deleted on your device.
Use material you are permitted to process
You are responsible for having permission to use the files and content you process. Transforming a file does not remove copyright, confidentiality obligations or other restrictions attached to it. asdftools does not take ownership of the material you process through the browser tools.
Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, distribute harmful content, probe systems without permission, bypass access controls or interfere with service availability. Requests that appear abusive may be rate-limited or blocked.
Availability and limitations
The tools are provided as an evolving utility service. We work to make them useful, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect output or suitability for every task. Browser support, memory limits and file complexity can affect whether a task completes.
Guides and tool explanations are general product information, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. These conditions are not intended to remove rights that applicable law gives you.
Changes, privacy and questions
Tools, supported options and these conditions may change as the service develops. If optional cloud or AI features are introduced, their data handling, limitations and any costs will be explained separately before use.
Read the privacy page for the difference between local tool processing, website logs and contact submissions. Use the contact page to report a problem or ask about the service. Do not include sensitive files or access credentials in a message.
