No. It places a visible image on one page; there is no identity verification, certificate, timestamp service or legal-validity guarantee.
How to use this tool

Before you start
Unencrypted, unsigned PDF up to 20 MB / 100 pages; one PNG/JPG signature up to 5 MB / 4 megapixels. Places one image on one page per operation. Existing certificate-signed documents are rejected. Edits may affect forms, annotations or document structure: keep and compare the original. Visual image placement only, with no certificate or legal-validity guarantee.
